Hello all! This week has been a crazy hectic week as we unwind from the joy and passion (and lack of sleep!) from the March for Life last weekend. On Monday I was so excited to be on Relevant Radio talking about my experience marching, and then later this week I published a video of my reflection and thoughts. Both the video and the link to our clip on Relevant Radio can be found in last week’s blog post. I’m grateful that my video has been shared and seen by so many people! In just 4 days it’s hit 200 views, and it’s been shared and quoted on pages like the Massachusetts Citizen For Life and Save the 1. Using media share your voice is one of the most beautiful and powerful ways to speak up. In a world in which social media is plagued by hate and negativity, we must spread light, love, and compassion, regardless of how we stand on issues.
In other news, I’ll be heading to the Bank of America Headquarters in Charlotte in a few weeks! I was selected as one of the 50 national winners for the National Center for Women & Information Technology "Aspirations in Computing Award." In early March, I’ll fly down to Charlotte for an exciting weekend with leaders in the tech industry and find out if I placed overall!
Thank you to everyone who continues to support me in all that I do. Please pray for our group that went to the March from Sacred Heart; we’ll be speaking and sharing our witness at an assembly on Monday morning!
